“Simplifying how enterprises procure and deploy critical technologies is a core component of accelerating digital transformation. By bringing ModernZ Assess and ModernZ Applied to Google Cloud Marketplace, ModernZ is providing customers with the trusted infrastructure and streamlined access needed to optimize operations and unlock real-world business value.”

Dai Vu
Managing Director, Marketplace & ISV GTM Programs, Google Cloud

“Enterprises don’t need another discovery tool — they need a definitive answer they can take to the board. ModernZ replaces analysis paralysis with a defensible, board-ready business case in weeks instead of months, revealing exactly which workloads are architecturally primed for AI and which require remediation. Our availability on Google Cloud Marketplace lets enterprises bypass the friction of traditional procurement and transition from analysis to execution instantly.”

Where we stand

Partner. On Marketplace. Funded.

Google Cloud Partner. Two Marketplace listings, the diagnostic as SaaS and the managed engagement, live since June 2026 and launched with Google Cloud on July 7, 2026. Customers procure through Marketplace and apply existing Google Cloud commitments.

Funded. Eligible for Partner Services Funding and the Rapid Migration Program. Free to the customer when Google funds it.

Built natively on Google Cloud. Gemini, the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and Migration Center discovery. Every workload is scored across 81 target architectures: GCE, GKE, database services, Google Cloud VMware Engine, Hyperdisk and NetApp GCNV, Nutanix NC2, Red Hat OpenShift and modern on-premises alternatives.

What the diagnostic decides

Four answers from one five-week run.

Where each workload lands. VMware Engine, GCE, GKE, Cloud SQL or AlloyDB, decided per workload group in one run, with the on-premises VCF renewal costed beside it.

What the fleet costs. Z3 nodes sized from measured peaks, storage chosen per workload, Flex CUD sized to the result.

When it moves. Dependency-mapped waves around renewal dates and change freezes, with a target and rationale for every VM.

What an agent can do with it. Every application scored on the five levels, so the migration and the agentic roadmap are one plan.

For Google sellers

Tagged account to business case in three steps.

1

Tag the account. A seller or customer engineer flags it to [email protected].

2

Register the deal. ModernZ is registered as the diagnostic partner and funding is requested.

3

Five weeks later. A sized fleet, a Flex CUD number, the customer’s own VCF renewal costed beside it, and the attach identified.

With CDW and Google Cloud
